ONLINE STORE TERMS

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. This is an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. PAYMENT

When you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. Payments on our site are processed using either Stripe or ApplePay, depending on the service you choose at checkout. Stripe is a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase please can you contact me within 14 days of receipt.

A refund/exchange will only be offered once I have received the return item in its original packaging, excluding the cost of postage.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:
- print to order items (giclee prints and gifts)

The return of items that have been dispatched will be at your cost. We recommend you return goods by a traceable method and keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive back to us. We will issue a full refund of the item price as soon as we receive the items back to our address. Postage is non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is any damage to your item please let us know as soon as possible and retain any packaging so we can make a claim with the carrier.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES + PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
